We stock engine parts, filters, brakes, suspension and steering, electrical parts and batteries, lighting, cooling system parts, clutch and transmission parts, body parts, oils and fluids, and car accessories.
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Each product lists the vehicles it fits. To be sure, send us your vehicle make, model, year and chassis number (on your logbook) by phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm the correct part before you order.
Are your parts genuine?
We sell both genuine OEM parts and quality aftermarket parts from trusted brands. The product page says which it is, and we will always tell you the difference in price and quality.
Can you source a part that is not on the website?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with your vehicle details and the part you need, and we will source it for you.
Orders & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Add the parts to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay with M-Pesa. You will get an order confirmation by email.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver countrywide by courier and bus parcel services. Delivery cost depends on the location and the size of the part; Nairobi CBD orders can usually be delivered the same day.
Can I pick up my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Kirinyaga Rd shop once we notify you it is ready.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Electrical parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What if I receive a wrong or faulty part?
Contact us within 7 days at [email protected] or +254 700 800 900 with photos and your order number. We will replace the part or refund you.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Many parts, such as batteries, alternators and starters, carry a supplier warranty. The warranty period is shown on the product page or your receipt.
