Far East Auto Spares Ltd, Kirinyaga Rd, Nairobi, runs this online shop. This policy explains how we handle your personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.

When you order, create an account, subscribe or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, order details and M-Pesa payment references. We do not store M-Pesa PINs or card details.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, take payment, send receipts and order updates, and provide customer support.
To send offers and news if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep our records as the law requires, and to protect against fraud.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the shop — such as Safaricom (M-Pesa payments), delivery and courier partners, email and hosting providers — and only as needed. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
