About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or buy from tataparts.digipedia.co.ke, operated by Far East Auto Spares Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and fitment
We describe parts and the vehicles they fit as accurately as we can, but vehicles vary by model year, engine and market. Please confirm fitment with your chassis number before ordering — we are happy to check it for you by phone or WhatsApp.
Product images may be illustrations. The part supplied may differ in appearance where it is functionally equivalent.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Payment is by M-Pesa. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if a price or stock error is found.
Delivery and collection
You can collect your order from our shop on Kirinyaga Rd, Nairobi, or have it delivered. Delivery times are estimates; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Returns and refunds
Unused parts in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Electrical parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you receive a wrong or faulty part, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund it.
Warranty
Where a part carries a manufacturer or supplier warranty, the period is stated on the product page or your receipt. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect fitting, accidents or misuse. We recommend fitting by a qualified mechanic.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
